Individuality in Ireland

Welcome to me complaining once again or welcome for the first time to my yapaton today i wanna talk about the issue of individuality in ireland or at least my own experience with it 

Ok so for a bit of context to just kinna set the scene if you will i live in a rather small shithole town in the middle of ireland which in its self imo is already bad enough its dead af here the town is just small and boring but oh my god the people here are just smt else not saying that everyone is some asshole or smt but rather that almost no one i know has an original thought 

I dress in an alt style which obvi people will look at me weird when they see me with purple hair yea makes sense but its just the fact that if you do anything but the norm in this god forsaken county people will look at you as if you have 3 heads and 6 legs no matter what it is i feel like thats such an issue even if someone isnt alt people just hate any thing new here or at least in my town like people will deadass laugh at you if you try to go for a run unless youre some lad who plays soccer or some other sport 

Like its so bad to the point that me and my friend are scared to go to the local gym in town cause peole will deadass alugh at you for yk trying to get fit or just healty and sure maybe its also sexism or smt idfk what goes through theses peoplkes heads not much anyways

But its not just this its not just the lads being dicks bro its like everyone is alergic to something that isnt the use like once again i dress alt and sometimes yk ill put on some eyeshadow nothing too mad and suddenly people look at me like ive said before like i have 3 heads and 6 legs but when its some influencer its like "OMG ITS SOO COOL AND TRENDY" like aigth aigth guess my eyelids cant be fucking sparkly it gets so annoying that if you arent "up to date" with every trend or just dgaf about them people look at you like you are insane i hate the fact that having an original thought is treated like a crime 

And look im not saying people cant enjoy what they like but for the love of god if i see one more trend for some fuckass water bottle and suddenly everyone and their mother has it i just might lose it like no girlypop you dont need that next trending water bottle those 6 Stanleys and owalas bottles should last you considering they are REUSEABLE bottles you know the whole point of metal bottles if to not makes more and more bs plastic
