Advice for someone that tends to be problematic unintentionally (FROM EXPERIENCE)

This is absolutely not targeted in any way, just some advice for people, I've gone through this and wanted to help others with this trait that all humans go through every once in a while.

Stop saying "I did not mean it that way," as your first defense.

Accept that hurt happens even if you meant no harm,

Care more about how you make others feel than about being right all the time.

Let people talk without interrupting them even if your really excited about saying something, Be patient and let others get a chance to speak.

Ask questions to see things from their point of view/perspective,

Notice patterns in some of the complaints you hear often.

Fix your actions - Give a real and truthful apology that names what you did wrong before overthinking.

Change your daily and usual habits based on the feedback you get (doesn't need to be exact)

Pause and think before you speak in the future.

Also give yourself at least some time to change, Becoming self aware doesn't technically happen overnight, I've experienced being like this, all problematic on "accident" and unintentionally, like not on purpose, and I suggest getting advice or just at least trying to change.

I lost a bunch of actual real friends because of this, I literally showed how problematic I was and it felt so weird, I felt so alone on this, I would blame myself for EVERY SINGLE family problem because I thought I caused it, I never shared any of my feelings to my parents because they didn't hear me out as much, So I literally would talk to myself about this, It legit sounds weird but everyone talks to themselves every once in a while.

If this advice does not help I'm truly and sincerely sorry, This wasn't perfect or anything.
