read this basicallyyy after it came out and i LOVE this run so far. stephanie phillips does a great job at writing matt, especially considering his runs have IN MY OPINION been kinda mid since early on in zdarskys run (i KNOW zdarskys run is really loved but the later issues genuinely ruined it for me)
omen is a cool villian too, always nice when a new villain gets introduced instead of rehashing the same 5 rogues every goddamn time
can't wait for issue 5 to come out a month is such a long wait aruhfha

MY FAVOURITE ELEKTRA RUN!!!!!!! i love you so much. the artwork is sososo incredible holy shit, i need to collect the rest of the issues in this run because they are genuinely all so nice on the eyes. i love how this run shows how elektras (past) death from bullseye is still effecting them both, and its nice to see elektra working properly as an assassin but still have it be somewhat unique and enthralling rather just contract killing

my first diana comic :DD was a super fun read honestly, since it was a first issue it was easy to understand too which is always nice (altho i still love randomly jumping into an issue mid-way through a run, tryna figure out wtfs happening is so fun)

bonus points for no mid-comic ads (rare !!!!!) overall a fun issue exploring krypto and clarks dynamic, nothing overly special happened twas just a very domestic issue w a bit of fighting against toy man/toy boy at the end (god he looked MAD uncanny though oh my)

i found this issue so good, i saw sum negativity on locg and i just don't get that 😭 it does a good job at showing the dynamic of jason and bruce during jasons robin years, mainly focusing on jasons anger issues and bruces inability to deal with them properly. i love how jason called out bruce for immediately assuming he killed someone, it shows how jasons childhood constantly effects him, rather than ignoring it and acting like it came later on
does a good job at showing the dysfunctional 'family'/relationship that particularly jason has w the bats, and a bit at the end w him and dick, you can see how much dick cares for jason and i think thats sweet

OK so i feel like i would've enjoyed this issue more if i knew more about spawn in general.. unfortunately it was a bit more confusing to me because it's a team up so MY FAULT!!!!! but it was still easy to follow along for the most part. the art was also SO incredible omg, i loved all the designs and i already love jessica priest/she-spawn. i didn't expect it to be as violent as it was for a first issue, but i was pleasantly surprised by it!! lots of content for a starter issue whilst still not being too much and clunky

okay i love this series so muichu, this issue started out KINDAAA mid, still not entirely but holy hell it picked the FUCK up in the second half, especialyl with that mf cliffhanger holy
i feel like this series in general cant have a bad issue, like its all so incredibly peak jesus christ. also clown/kazi is such a cool ass villain i hope IF they do a hawkeye season 2 they adapt him
