my favorite concert

Let me set the scene: the concert was on Sunday (May 4th 2025), but literally all day Friday, I was so sick. Like, completely out of commission. I was sitting in bed thinking, “There is actually no way I’m making it to this concert this weekend.” The timing could not have been more disrespectful. But I chugged water, rested as much as humanly possible, and thankfully recovered just in time to push through. Because missing an Iann Dior concert? Absolutely not an option.So fast forward to Sunday night. We pulled up to the venue, and since I had VIP tickets, the whole vibe was already next level. But y’all... when it came time to actually meet him and take the photo? Internal screaming.I was a nervous wreck. Like, my heart was hammering against my ribs. You hype yourself up for months, and then suddenly you’re standing right next to him, and your brain just goes blank. But he was super cool, the picture turned out so cute, and I survived without totally embarrassingOnce we got into the crowd, all the lingering exhaustion from being sick completely vanished. Adrenaline is a real drug, I’m telling you. The energy was insane, and the music was so good.And then, as if the night wasn’t already amazing enough, Bankroll Hayden showed up! I totally was not expecting that, and when he hit the stage, the crowd went crazy. Seeing both of them live back-to-back? Honestly, out of all the concerts I’ve ever been to, this was hands down my absolute favorite myself.
