Sleep schedule

Lowky my sleep schedule is cooked so to attempt to fix it, I stayed up all night (it’s currently extremely early in the morning) so I can go to sleep later at night at the perfect time, so my sleep schedule can be fixed, because I was cursed with insomnia , then stabbed with Hypersomnia then backstabbed with Insomnia again I refuse to take the pills they gave me tho why? Because they taste like dog Shit. But anyways hope my sleep schedule is better
