Report Blog Entry
First post kinda nervous lmao.
Im starting community college in like three weeks and I am getting so antsy to just start already. Unpopular opinion but I always enjoyed school, well not always, but I always enjoyed the structure school brought. Summer is always the same thing of its fun for like a month and then Im ready to have a routine again. I have been stuck in my bedroom bored. Its not like I dont have things to do or people to hang out with, I just dont have the motivation to actually do that stuff usually.
With school I have a reason to get out of bed, get ready, and get out of the house. Anyway, with all that said I am still pretty nervous to start. I am only taking 3 classes, 5 if you count the support class and added chem lab Im doing. Im more nervous about finding my way around campus more than anything. I have been on that campus twice and have had to ask for exact directions to find things and I still got mixed up. I went to a small high school with like maybe 20 classrooms on our campus, some weren't even used for classes lol. I am so not prepared for a huge college campus.
Like I said I am getting so antsy to start college. I just want it to start so I can get what I need to do done so I can go into the field of work I want to do. I reorganized my laptop, added folders for the classes Im taking, worked on my google drive for my school account, reworked my Firefox profiles to make them pretty, and made an entire bag for college. Might not use the bag, its super cute but for college might not be the most functional. What do I know, I havent even started yet I have no idea what is and isnt functional lol. But if it isnt functional its what I get for not using an actual pattern and just winging it. Definitely going to use it as a day to day bag and a study bag if I go to a library or Starbucks to work on stuff. If Im feeling adventurous Ill possibly make a blog post about it.
Anyways. Maybe Ill update on college stuff when it finally comes around. I hate waiting for things.

Don't worry, you'll be fine. I graduated from community college in June and and as a transfer student at my new school (a 4 year university), yes, the campus may be pretty big (university campuses tend to be even bigger, as a matter of fact), but you'll learn to navigate it sooner than you realize.

I'm also starting industrial engineering in my town this year I do kinda dread it since it is Industrial ENGINEERING but it's not like taking the easiest path ever got me anywhere :b
