Life is moving too fast. I'm in 12th grade, and I'll be graduating in what, 8 months? Despite treating me like shit, I'll begrudgingly miss high school. So long adolescence, hello adulthood! I don't even have an idea what to do. Should I enroll for architecture? I like drawing, but I hate maths. Chemistry? well, my chemistry teacher (who's a former scene queen btw!) said that it would be easy, though I cast doubts on that notion. Or should I just work? Nah, that would be dissapointing. Should I be a free lance artist? even worse! I cannot imagine having to make a living out of drawing.
My greatest fear is not even the difficulty of the classes, it is this; once I cross into adulthood, I'll betray myself and the things I'm passionate about. I've already started planning measures against this horrifying possibility, but I do not know wether or not it will suffice. I try to draw, to journal, to read Victorian literature, and to listen to my CDs, though I do not believe I'll have enough free time to enjoy them once I'm at college.
Anyways, on a lighter note, I found a 1999 Japanese CD pressing of The Get Up Kids - Something To Write Home About!! I will buy it. Not my fav TGUK album (that title firmly goes to Guilt Show), but it still is a very solid pop-punk record! It does not have it's obi strip though, which sucks, but the CD works fine supposedly!
Thank you for lending your time to read my blog post, stranger! God bless and take care! <3
