Dateline 2020 before bed = bad idea

I binged dateline 2020 for the past 5/6 hours thinking I'd be able to go to sleep after. Nope I was wrong. I was so wrong! I'm watching flipping high school musical so I can go to sleep. I'd rather go to sleep with "we're all in this together" in my head rather than "teenage daughter brutally offs own mother"
