my 16th birthday!! and dying my hair..(if possible) P.S this is my first blog entry:))

OKAIIII, sooo this is my first blog so i’m kinda nervous hehe.. ummmm.. im turning 16 on the 31st which is tmrw (for me) and im planning to go to a salon on the 30th to prep for my birthday.. im thinking of doing a pedi and mani and styling my hair like a blowout. BUT i really wanna DYE it but my freaking mother wont let me dye it with colors:( only blonde is allowed (like highlights). soooo i wanna ask u guys if it’s worth getting highlights?? and which color highlights i should get!! ummmm.. i think that’s all but i know for a fact i won’t be doing anything on the 31st except visiting my grandma and relatives cuz itz friday and every friday we do that (it’s a tradition).
