Eating Healthy

Honestly, when it comes to cutting down on sugar, it's difficult for me. I put sugar in my coffee, I have sugar in my cereal, and most likely other places too. If I could find my waterbottle I use and get a decently priced water filter or just buy filtered water I'd probably drink a lot more, but I gravitate to tea a lot. I gotta have at least 1 cup of coffee each day (today I had 3 but only today) but I do have a Keurig machine I got for free from a drawing in 2019. I'm overdue to move out on my own so if I can't hook it up now I will when i get my own place.

Does anyone have any tips for a person who is in college for eating better? Any easy exercises to do in home?

I was in martial arts years ago, I started out on Taekwondo, so if there's exercises related to that too I can try to do 'em!

I really wanna lose some weight this year and to start taking better care of myself. Thank ya!
