Inland Empire by Davind Lynch 1000% you will not get it the first time, but the more you rewatch it youll learn to love it

I love Tetsuo the Iron Man and 964 Pinnochio cuz they have similar vibes and have heavy body horror. Also, cannot mention body horror without mentioning the king of the genre David Cronenberg so I'd recommend The Fly and Videodrome too

The Conjuring 1 & 2 are the best I've seen till now.

I love all kinds of horror films, but some of my personal favorites as of late are Barbarian, Weapons, the og Evil Dead Trilogy, Sinners, IT Chapter 1 & 2, Obsession, and The Chucky Movies
