Idk if these suggestions are what you're looking for, but I play this game called Bandori (Band girls party). The game has multiple different bands and I think Afterglow, Roselia and MyGo!!! might be what you're wanting. I honestly haven't listened to the music in a while so I can't say for certain. Btw they're all japanese groups, but sometimes have english in the lyrics.
Afterglow is a more pop rock band whilst Roselia is pop goth (?) idk, and I have no clue on MyGo!!!'s genre. I suggest listening to all the bands first albums to get a feel on what their music is like.
ps. sometimes the songs aren't the bands typical sound
Oh and some songs of Poppin Party can be pop rock (if I remember correctly)
