Deltarune and friend

My online friend persuaded me into playing the game Deltarune. How did he persuade me? Well he didn't, he just kept nagging.

Time zones are tricky, especially when you have a friend in a different continent. It was 5pm for me while it was near 12 am for him. So we couldn't call, instead he told me to send him constant updates. Me being kind of dense, and him not explaining furthermore than that...

...I sent him a crap ton of screen shots from my laptop. He then texted me saying "I already know the game by heart, I don't need a slideshow of it." It clicked for me that he only wanted my reactions to certain things.

The miscommunication left me embarrassed. In truth I think the game is great, wayyy funnier than Undertale. Despite the spoilers I keep getting on my feed from multiple platforms, the game doesn't lose its charm.

I deeply apologize to my friend for being an insensitive little shit.
