bring back trades!!!!!

Now, we live in a society where we primarily exchange money for services. I believe the art of trading is lost.

 Instead of paying everyone with money that we waste time to acquire, we could be trading services, passing down knowledge, or items we no longer use. For example, a mechanic could go get his hair cut and maybe the person cutting his hair needs a specific car part or an oil change. Instead of paying with cash, they could exchange their services. Keep in mind this is all hypothetical (obviously).

 Rather than starting big with things like that, we could exchange things like clothes once styles change. Say I needed an accessory that someone was getting rid of but I was short on cash. Instead of paying cash, I could give them an old shirt I outgrew! Then we would both be happy with trading out something we needed to get rid of for something fresh we wanted. all while not spending real money.

I feel like to me, trading just sounds so much more fun. Especially if I have to go out and look for people to trade with or things to trade. It's all about the treasure hunt and gathering aspect of it. I do think that has something to do with a woman's biology and mind… don't quote me on that but essay coming soon (?). The thrill of finding things to trade and gaining new things would really keep me occupied and entertained. 

I'd also love to gain knowledge from those wiser than me, because even if there is nothing to trade, everyone always has knowledge. Whether this is just life advice or a specific skill, it is always useful to learn something. 

I'm going to start bringing back trade by messaging people on depop if they're interested in trades instead of buying it normally when I see them selling an item I like. ill update the blog on how it goes.
