my first song!

i recently put out my first song, torture

torture is about staying in something you know isn’t enough because the alternative is losing someone who means everything to you. 

the song follows a situationship where one person wants more and chooses to set that aside just to keep the other person close, because not having them there hurts more than pretending to be okay with what they’re offering. 

the willingness to stay in the uncertainty because naming it would make it real, and making it real might mean losing it.
