So, and online friend of mine is going to go through the loss of losing a family member soon. I wanna support and comfort them in any way I can and make sure that they are okay because I know that this is hard to go through for everyone. Please let me know anything that I can do to help them. We don't talk much but I still wanna be a part of a support system if it's possible. Thank you in advance.
How do i support an online friend who is grieving?

Unfortunately, grief doesn’t go away as quickly as some memories do. You have to approach this with understanding.
As someone with experience, I’d advise you to support your friend when they’re feeling sad or try to distract them. Grief is something that fades with time, and rushing it isn’t a good idea. So yes, support them as best you can.
But your friend has to work through it. Again, only time will help them find peace.
