It's now the second time someone messages me only to ask me to buy their digital art and this time she made up a sad story on how her grandma passed away and she can't pay rent and she want me to buy her 40-50$ digital art.
If you're a real artist, why don't you post your art on your blog so we can see it? Why do you have absolutely no blog post?
Why don't you find a better platform than spacehey to sell your stuff? spacehey is to make friends and have fun, not for commercial purposes. Nobody wants a dry conversation that goes like:
-Hi
-Hi.
-How are u?
-I'm fine and you? You like skramz btw?
-im a digital artist can you buy my art?
-sorry I'm broke and I don't have a job, Goodluck tho
-my entire family died from cancef and now I have to pay rent alone or my evil landlurd will murder me and eat my flesh please buy my art or I will die in 10 minutes, I'm begging you , it's only 99$ :(
PLEASE NEVER GIVE MONEY TO ANY INTERNET STRANGER, GIVE FOOD AND CLOTHES TO ACTUAL HOMELESS PEOPLE

One showed me some pretty basic anime art with no background, kept telling me they love how I "appreciate the arts" then after me asking over and over for a usual price range for their commissions, AFTER I THREW OUT SOME IDEAS OF WHAT I WANTED they said they charge $700??? This dude said they were emergency commissions too like bro you're NOT getting 700 on a whim from some rando on spacehey BYE
700$ is insane wtf, do they really expect anyone to fall for that?

FR like if I was buying a commission for something professionally that's one thing but why would they ask a random person to buy a $700 commission LMAO
