How I Feel.

"Life is a neverending cicle of suffering and joy," the nihilist said.

"Isn't it a good thing?" The absurdist replied. "for not all joy and suffering are the same. Not everything means we will stop. Sometimes, sometimes... we do keep going."

BoJack Horseman taught me that suffering can end, and that all we can do is enjoy those moments in which we are joyful, even when we don't know it yet. Happiness is longlasting, and it is there, even when we don't see it.

BoJack Horseman taught me that being a bad person or a good person is a choice of ours, and it is not society's fault or somebody else's fault; it is our own, and it lies in every day we live, in every choice we make, even the very smallest.

BoJack Horseman taught me that loss can only be accepted and lived through, sometimes it can be avoided, sometimes it can't. Time's arrow neither stands still nor reverses. It merely marches forward. The same way, we can only live through the things that happen, not avoid 'em.

So how does one recognize the pattern in time? Before the drip finally stops? I ask myself.

You got to live, I reply to myself. You got to live. Take risks. Appreciate the result, whatever it is, because it means you have lived.

BoJack Horseman taught me how to live. It was therapy to me, and I hope it was to as many people as possible. Thank you.
