being an alternative individual in highschool is NOT for the weak

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE being alternative, but I'm lowk scared of starting my sophomore year in september because I'm going to be in classrooms with new people, and I'm going to get CLOWNED ON because I wear all black and I wear a lot of spikes and jewlery and baggy clothes

I'm not the only alt person, there are like 10-15 other alt people in my school, (my school has about 2,000 students) but I go ALL OUT with it. except for that, most people in my school are copy paste dreadhead YNs who walk like they got cracked the night before (I'm NOT trying to sound racist, I'm black too, I'm just trying to describe them)

One time I took a new route to class and the most BASIC guy I had ever seen in my life was like "wrist check!!" because its VERY OBVIOUS that I'm alt.

It doesn't really bother me that much, no matter how I dress people are gonna clown on me anyway, so I might as well dress how I want. I just wish people weren't so judgemental.

Anyways, aside from boys making fun of me, girls compliment me ALL THE TIME, I get GLAZED like a donut when I meet new people.
