☽⛥☾ Journey with Fragrance, Perfumes and Oils ☽⛥☾

So I’ve been becoming more and more interested and obsessed with fragrance and perfumes. I have always been interested in scents but never fully went fully into it till now, really. I used to mainly just want to «smell good,» and maybe this sounds artsy-fartsy or whatever of me, but I’ve come to realise that there is a sense of art in fragrance and perfumes.

In the past week or more I’ve been looking and researching around in different methods and fragrances I’d want for me, not to just «good» but to actually smell of something you can imagine, like when you’d look at me, you’d go «oh my god that makes so much sense with their style, their personality and general vibe»

I didn’t realise how much «niche» and experimental types of fragrance there were to recently and so definitely want to explore that, and I want to find my like «signature fragrance» that people will go like that’s them.

I want to smell like incense, cloves, moss, a little bit of blood/metallic, rain, forest; I want to smell as if I just stepped out of a ritual.  Scent that you`d think a  ghost would smell like outside of old castle grounds. Or if you search up Fran Bow, Alice in Madness, Samorost 3 and inbetween land, wanna smell like that lol.

I’ve already bought a specific kind of incense holder to try something some people i know like to do which is using incense smoke to scent yourself and especially your hair and so trying that.

When it comes to my art I’ve always been curious about it the scent of it too and wanting for people to completely envision what I wanted the artwork to look like and be, I think that’s something I’d want to put in my future projects.

Will definitely be exploring more niche perfumes, oils and fragrances forward!
