the day i met you..

i saw you for the first time,

and fell so in love.

i hoped you were the one,

i prayed to the heavens above.

we spent the day together,

passing time forever.

we were so similar,

falling in love with one another.

i had never felt so light,

you filled me with delight.

i was no longer filled with fright,

as you led me into the night.

we made so many memories,

little did we know what it'd turn into.

i never thought i'd regret the day,

the very day i met you.
