The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker and Superman are all like peak DC for me and I adore them and Supergirl isn’t that but it’s still infinitely more watchable than shit like Batman vs Superman, Justice League or The Flash, it’s in a weird in between that I can’t think of any other DC stuff ive seen is in.
Worst things I can say about it are story isn’t strong, didn’t care for the kid character and didn’t care for the revenge and violence bad bullshit.
Really enjoyed Supergirl, Lobo, Krypto and Superman though and can’t wait to see them in future stuff. Really really fucked with the vibe of the first half of the movie of just weird goofy Sci fi alien shit kinda reminded me of the Meow Wolf location in Denver.
I miss Peacemaker bring him back to me.

Oh yeah before seeing movie I saw a ton of people talking shit about the needle drop, it’s goofy and you can’t take it fully serious but you’re not meant to, dumb needle drop made me smile and that’s a good thing.
