I have tried updating my pfp twice and still not loading for me, I also noticed all the cool new people have no pfp either now. Just me or anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, unfortunately it's been a common issue for a while. Some pfp show up, some don't. Some are visible in one area and may not be in another. Iunno.
