So I had to get off some of my medication so i can do a sleep study. This is cause some of them were like stimulants and antidepressants so it would be hard to get a proper read on the test if i was on them.
WELL I LEARNED SOMETHING
I learned my anxiety and depression meds work REALLY WELL cuz WHAT THE HELL AM I FEELING WHEN I'M OFF THEM
They worked so well that i feel crippling anxiety right now XDD I have chest pain
I can't wait to start them again, and I can't wait for this sleep study. I'm like a completely different person when I'm off of them.
That said, I know it will get better (probably) LOL
