I'm too broke for a PC or a Laptop so I operate SpaceHey on mobile devices. For my profile picture to load do I just need to wait a few days or do I need to make something specific?
Does anyone know how to make the pfp work in android??

It's your location most likely. Change it using a VPN and it might work. Most of Europe should work ^^

Try refreshing the page (if you're on the website) or closing and opening the app it always works for me.
It normally should show immediately
