At least you have a job, that's an out-of-reach dream for some.

My best suggestion is to stop working with/for him. Parental pressure will always be there whether we try to get close ot as far away as possible with them. Hope everything gets better for you ᐠ( ᐢ ᵕ ᐢ )ᐟ
