help i embarrassed myself so hard today

i was at a show and i decided to hop in the pit (i already had fucked up one of my hips so i wasn't the most agile) and i slipped and fell into a split. people had to help me up bc i might've started fainting i think. and then i cried cause of how embarrassed i was, which embarrassed me even further. not my finest moment
