please help

can someone that knows how websites/apps work please help me here?

i’m indefinitely suspended on my twitter/x account for “inauthentic activity” (i think it flagged me as spam because i posted a lot), the e-mail said when i log in that there would be instructions to resolve the issue, but there aren’t any. i submitted an appeal already which they denied. i have been trying to submit a second appeal for over 24 hours and it won’t send bc “your case is still in the queue”.

how can i either get the appeal to submit or get the instructions to come up?? i really want my account back, it’s not even a week old. i can still access it, but it’s stuck in read-only mode until i can get it unsuspended. i am VERY frustrated since i didn’t actually do anything wrong.
