some do, I try, but its not the same kind of engagement as other platforms. at absolute most youd be getting a few hundred reads

It's really hard to read them especially because there are so few active people, every time I'm online I always go to the recent blogs and read as many as I can and, on as many as I can, it's 1:00 a.m. so I can't really do that too much right now but this caught my eye. I need to sleep.
I usually only comment on blogs because I wish people could comment on mine but they don't.
So I guess your answer is no nobody really reads them more comments on them.
There are few people who try when they're online and props to them.
As it's good to practice commenting and reading people's blogs because people don't feel heard. They feel alone and that's usually why they come to sites like these,
anyways, welcome to the blogging world
