Are people ACTUALLY ugly?

I am very confused on other peoples versions of “beauty”. Everyone I see on the street, at school, in the store, they are all beautiful. The mother holding a screaming toddler, a guy in a “cringey” shirt. Everyone is so beautiful, and I genuinely can’t wrap my head around why anyone would think someone else is unattractive. I don’t know if it’s normal and other people just use excuses, or if I’m just weird for finding everyone some kind of attractive?
