Bigger social medias are empty to me, let me explain.

Okay yall… just because it’s heavily on my mind.. I’m very sad that socials like Instagram and Facebook have turned completely AI driven, and less about human connection and conversation. I can’t speak for TikTok as that app has also gone to shit but like.. Fuck dude.. I miss when times were easier and people didn’t sit and argue nonstop online. I wish we could go back to the 2010’s when the only arguing done online was one fandom versus another. 

I feel like the art of conversation and enjoying, and I mean TRULY enjoying the internet and what it had to offer is dead and gone. I used to feel joy having spent all day at school/work and using my digital camera out and about, not checking my phone every two seconds or using it to pay for things, to come home and open my laptop and connect with my online friends. To enjoy posting because I didn’t feel like it had to be a big advertisement.. or going to YouTube with no ads to listen to a song a friend sent me because the music video was dope. Idk, I’m rambling but damnit dude…. Nothing fills me with joy anymore on the internet.
