The end of TADC

This is a response to the critisism ive seen of Jax' character arc.

Y'all

When someone turns out to be trans, its not a "stretch" because they didnt say out loud to you "i am trans" 

When a character OFFS themselves after pushing away anyone who tried to get to know them because its easier than being vulnerable after growing up in an environment where masculinity was the only option,  THAT IS A REALITY that people have lived, Jax is the poster child for worst case scenario closeted. He didnt say it out loud because he was CLOSETED. There were hints, many of them. And if you saw those scenes and confirmation thats they were written as the perspective of a closeted trans person, and you insist that its "forced" or "debatable" after all the work it has taken for media to get to a point where it can be said at all, because the character wasnt loud enough about something they K!LLED themselves to keep secret, then you need to check you own bias and stop telling people that "theres not enough evidence" goose doesnt owe you evidence. Applying what you know to what you see is the only way art connects to people and if thats not enough for you, then fine, keep ur eyes closed, but stop telling people that they need more "evidence" to create a queer representation. After all, most people dont see it coming when someone they know comes out of the closet, ur not special for being blind to someone who never got the chance to say if for themselves.
