I HATE the hospitals

I was going to go get some shots okay just shots and like they give this paper to fill out it was the most bullshit ive ever seen like question 1 how is your day? Question 2 do you want to kill yourself? LIKE YES BITCH  but i couldent put that cuz they would tell my mom
