if you struggle with depression you know cleaning your room is always a struggle. take it slow. do one batch of laundry a day, and if you struggle with folding after, do a small batch. take out one section of trash. do small things everyday and in 1-2 weeks your room will look so much better. having our rooms be messy and dirty only keeps us in a cycle a despair, a clean room can make you feel more refreshed and ready. your room is an extension of yourself and a representation of what goes on in your mind. so take care of it.
