Tiktok is so weird about children

Ok. Im like fairly chronically online i suppose? Especially during the summer when i have nothing to do. Anyways.

Theres a girl called Amelia Rose, i dont know the account name because of the amount of reuploads there are of videos of her, but the whole schtick (because obviously, its staged. I dont know how people didnt know that before) is that she buys something from her moms credit card and shes refusing to apologise or feel guilty for doing so.

And when you look at the comments on these videos there are so, SO MANY of them along the lines of posting images of a choice of what to hit this girl with, or comments like 'she needs the belt'.

Did we forget that you shouldn't abuse your children no matter what?? 🫩 You wouldn't do that to your pet so why would you do that to your child? The most they learn from it is to be afraid of you. It's the same with screaming at them, actually, because you're teaching your kid to feel unsafe around you and in a home environment, and THAT'S why they don't wanna talk to you when they're a teen

Sorry ive been wanting to go on a tangent about this for ages, and I KNOOWW it should have been something I said on tiktok but its not like its going to reach many people and people seem incredibly close-minded on that damn app
