ugh bro i wanna make a neocities website but like i can barely even code my profile on here (╥﹏╥) like how am i gonna make a whole website when it took me like an hr to figure out how to put bubbles around my profile boxes,,,

im getting better tho so maybe i'll start by just messing around and seeing what happens lol, i rlly just wanna make shrines for my favs tbh,,,
