Sunny Day Real Estate is a must-listen, the cornerstone of 2nd wave emo.
The Get Up Kids is a great emopop band from the 90s aswell. Highly recommend the album "Things to Write Home About"
Free Throw's "Those Days Are Gone" is an incredible midwest emo album, alot of screaming and shouting if you like that kind of stuff.
