Saw 1 review. . . Kinda :p

I just finished rewatching the Saw movie from 2004, and honestly its as good as I remember, maybe even better :D

The only things I would say are bad are some of the line delievries ngl, like when Lawerance said he was a suspect for the ongoing murders, or when his wife tackled Zap to the ground after telling Lawerance that he had failed the game. 

Also Adam's reaction to Jigsaw revealing himself was so so funny, I genuinely giggled at that + the sound effects lol

On the topic of Adam, I genuinely felt so bad for him. While I get it was messed up of him to stalk and take pictures of Lawrence, he was just doing it for a quick buck. I would get it if he was doing it to kill the doc, but atp in the series he was just doing it bc he was hired to. The way that they set him up as a loser who didn't really have anything going for him also was felt. He was really the only one who was too afraid to change and adapt to the environment, which ultimately caused his death. I also relate to that, in some ways, so I kinda just felt bad because it was like looking into a mirror at a funhouse; its not a straight up reflection of you, but a warped perception of it. Thats what Adam is to me, I feel like.

He only really snapped at the end once he realized that his life really was over, and even then his attempts of saving himself were futile, and realistically changed nothing, since Zap probably would've left him to rot to chase the doctor or just straight up shoot him. His character, although comedic, really had me sitting there like, "damn..." also "daaaammm" because I think Adam is lwky hot lol

Don;t even get me started on the friggin doctor omg he is another can of worms I AM willing to open.

The way the doctor basically had his path carved out of being a divorced man who only gets his daughter on weekends is astounding, and its even more astounding that he throws them away to become an apprentice, if my memory serves me right. The way he would just refuse to admit that he had an affair and didn't love his wife anymore--- EVEN TO A NOBODY LIKE ADAM IS CRAZYYYY

Like dawg your wife is literally communicating with you about how you treat her and how she feels abt that, and you just deny deny deny!! Sure he seems like the better human next to Adam, who acts more immaturely and emotional bc of the situation they're in, but still omfg...

Talk about self-righteousness!! Like tell me you don't care about anyone but your image without telling me you do. The fact that it took his wife and daughter being in danger to actually gaf about them both as his actual family is so fucking crazy, like no wonder the police thought he was a suspect LMAO 

Can you tell I hate that doc? 'Cause I really really do with all my heart. He should've died then and there, n Adam should've been the apprentice smh...

Anyway yea, ima stop the yap now since thats all I got in mind rn :p
