this week I made eclairs!
they were filled with pastry cream and dipped in chocolate ganache, sooo yummy!!
really need to practice my decorating skills cause these kind of look a mess but its ok!

omg they look good! I once tried to make some and they tasted like salt and baking soda...
thanks!! and tbh the pastry by itself doesn't really taste yummy, the pastry cream and chocolate make up for it:3
