TADC episode 9 (Spoilers)

Now that TADC is FINALLY released, here are my thoughts: 

 (Spoilers) 







 I was very lucky enough to get tickets before the cinema sold out completely and honestly………wasn’t worth the money 

 It had cool concepts, I liked the idea of copies being stuck in the circus and not them…but I’m very disappointed with all the built up about the exit…and the lack of development of Zooble and Ragatha and Gangle (I forgot about KINGER ngl) and Jax being the main focus of the episode was kinda a safe card but Gooseworx tried something, it had a good built up that left us with nothing. But hey, new lore! 

 Jax is hot at least  

 I think goose made it bad on purpose, because the fandom is shit and low-key didn’t deserve this. The only thing that made me “sad” was Jax saying “I don’t wanna go” 

 I’m also confused with Caine, It was the blue ai that fucked him up, He’s actually an okay person. But does this justify anything? No! Like Jax killing his mother, it doesn’t justify anything. Anyway, the reason I believe the blue ai corrupted Caine was because before he removed it he was having a back and forth switching personalities. I personally think the angry Caine was the blue ai and calm Caine was the normal Caine. That’s why I believe that 

Also… Caine’s return felt very uneven to the story and impact. People saying there was a backup or he managed to get out of the bin (because you need to manually PERMANENTLY delete something to be gone forever) but it just doesn’t seem…right 
 Bubble no longer being in the show was a disappointment because he’s my favourite, but anywho. 

Jax is so hot  

I’ll admit the Jax sequence was interesting, it was unnerving to watch him flirt with Gangle (he has so much femboy potential ) and strangling Pomni. It was nice to see another side of him that isnt trying to be a nuisance to the rest of the cast members, and I’ll admit I felt bad for him…but it’s probably because I was expecting too much from the episode. Also, I don’t understand all this talk about Jax being trans. I see why people are making the theories about it and I’ll admit, I thought so too (before episode 9 came out). But now, it just doesn’t make sense to me. The dots won’t connect for me at least. 

 Also Abstracedy was canon  

 This episode felt very safe and fan service. It didn’t feel daring or trying anything new unlike the other episodes who actually had interesting endings and concepts but also I think goose was trying to do a Toby Fox move but very badly done. Of course endings and opinions on shows are different for everyone. I would’ve loved to have something insane and fucking mind blowing, we did get some lore and new theories but it was giving more questions than answers. 

 6/10 

 Honestly, I’ve been watching the show since the day it was released and I’m so happy to have seen it grow and become possibly the biggest internet thing to have ever come out. It built a community (that can be toxic at times) and just was an entertaining show. But I’m still sad that the ending was more or less safe. I was really expecting an intense ending with lots of crazy stuff happening, but we have what we have, and I’m thankful
