What should I watch

I got Netflix and Amazon Prime,

I enjoyed Evangelion, Lucky Star, Azumanga, Invincible and (definitly legal way to watch) Bocchi the Rock.

so I would like some recommendations.

I may watch Akira, Spy Family and / or cowboy bebop?
