What happened to the Layouts? :(

Hi!! I'm new here. I was styling my profile and I thought, "what if I post some ideas here?". When I was trying to do that, I realized I can't cuz the page says, "Posing layouts is temporarily unavailable. Check back soon."

So, can anyone tell me why I can't post layouts? When will posting layouts be available? I think posting layouts is something that helps a lot of people who don't know how to code. Also, posting them helps people visualize how their page could look. Idk if the site is having problems or if it's something else :(
