I got a Infinity on High on CD

I ordered Infinity on High by Fall Out Boy on CD on Ebay and it came in the mail today. I was so looking forward to it because it's like top album from them except maybe tied with Folie a Deux. I had to get it off of Ebay because I wanted the European release (it has G.I.N.A.S.F.S on it). Anyway, I open it put it in my CD burner/ripper and I'm listening to it through my computer and it gets to the 8th track (Don't You Know Who I Think I Am?) and it stops playing midway through the song. I'm annoyed as hell and try to play it again but, no, it's scratched and I can't play the 8th track. 

I message the guy who sold the CD, asking if I could get a new one, but later, I play it in my portable CD player and besides a slight glitch, it fully plays the song! So I'm not gonna return it because 1) that's way too much work, 2) I don't care that much now that it's only a half second messed up. Though if it does the same thing in my car CD player I'll have to return it.

Anyway, I'm listening to it rn and I know you're jealous, it's such a good album.
