old blog comments and deletion

Hey guys since i've decided to clean up my profile a bit and be in control of some data i really wanted to know if theres a way to inspect every old comment or interaction on this site similar to a youtube history including comments. I presume there's no other way than to delete one's account? and if so i'd need an invite to come back to the site. Anyone got an idea here? im thinking about contacting staff, but not sure yet.
