Got to make some tarts for the first time for this week’s culinary assignment🐻
Here’s the fruit tart and caramelized apple tart, I think the design for both came out pretty

they look so good !! i really want to try making tarts now, i love baking but i’ve mostly stuck to cookies n cakes
Same! before I started culinary school I would mostly just bake cookies but I've been able to branch out more and tarts are now my fav to make, you should totally try to make them soon!!
