Fashion center

Does anyone know what i have to do with my stupid closet, i genuinely scrap all kinds of nice stuff but everytime i dress up i feel like a clown. Does anyone know what do to about this problem? Like basic clothes that go with everything but still look fashionable ON A BUDGET!!!! (very important)
