I somehow failed biology

I dont understand 

I had an A before the semester ended but the report card says F

I reached out to the counselor and she said the most unhelpful stuff ever and she apparently asked the teacher and the teacher said its correct. I have never failed a single test. My work was submitted. I got a 5 on the exam. Im not dumb clearly, not on this subject atleast, so i dont understand. I told the councilor i cannot reach out to this teacher because canvas says im not enrolled in classes and she emailed back "you can try on canvas" like bruh. Fuck this shitty school man wth

update: the counselor just lied. i had an A, took two seconds for the other guy in the office  to check
