So far I watched Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, Uptown Girls, Just My Luck, The Perfect Man, She's All That, Jennifer's Body, Ella Enchanted, Clueless, But I'm A Cheerleader, The Prince And Me, and Twilight. I REALLY want to watch 10 Things I Hate About You, Thirteen, The Virgin Suicides, The Notebook, She's The Man, How To Lose A Man In 10 Days, Mama Mia, and Girl, Interrupted!

what do u mean u haven't watched TVS and girl, interrupted?!! those r like step no.1 to access girl teenage-hood! (jk u can watch whatever whenever.)
recs (most of them i find kind of bad but since u asked):
Jawbreaker 1999 might be the worst of them all but it's my opinion
Heathers was made in 1988 but it's a classic <3 (murder, if ur looking for a boy crush)
The House bunny 2008 (comedy, pink, playboy)
Strike! 1998 please watch it I'm begging it's peak girlhood + feminism (i wanted to gatekeep this one but i think the message's important)
Speak 2004 (psychological, trauma)
Mermaids 1990 (just so u don't be fooled by the title, it's not actually abt mermaids)
Some1 already mentioned Wild Child 2008 but it's quite fun (Emma Roberts duh)

You should check out Wild Child and Ginger Snap. Wild Child is a classic 2000s comedy abt a rich girl being sent to a british boarding school starring Emma Roberts as the lead. Ginger Snaps is abt a girl becoming a werewolf, it's a cool low-budget 2000s horror (and the iconic walking scene from Jenifer's Body is inspired by a similar sequence from this film)

oooh, i've seen most of the movies you've listed + i really like them! 10 things i hate about you is one of my favorite movies. and mean girls + legally blonde are classics. and i rewatched mamma mia the other week and it's so fun.
a few recs:
- "death becomes her" (1992) - campy movie with meryl streep + goldie hawn
- "clueless" (1995) - i assume you've already seen this one bc it's so popular but thought i'd recommend it jic bc i didn't see it listed
- "but i'm a cheereleader" (1999) - a campy movie w/ heart
