Backrooms Movie *SPOILER WARNING*

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆

I saw the backrooms movie today and I really liked it!! I freaking love the backrooms, I have watched all the found footage content I can find, and basically all the games that exist.

I really like Clark's mood switch when he "kidnaps" Mary. The way he interacts with the other people(??) was really interesting. idk how long he was down there before he went crazy, but the way he's fully dehumanized these people was insane. The scalping of the business woman was a hard watch.

The giant pirate Clark was a manifestation of all the parts of Clark that he hates about himself and what others hate about him. I feel the main part was his anger. When Clark attempted to talk down the giant by saying "She says we don't have to change" the giant eats him. His anger literally consumes him once he believes that he never has to deal with it.

I feel rly bad for Kat and her bf (i forgot his name). I lwk wanna see what she was seeing when Clark was in the pool area. idk why clark had to decapitate her tho that seems a lil much.

The only part that I dont rly like is the company that researches that backrooms. MRIs? what? Phil was lwk stupid. he js pissed me off lmao

I might be reading wayyyy too far into Marys mom being crazy. The scene where the house transitions into the backrooms, thru the floors, made me think that their house had a door, and that her mom was like affected by the backrooms in some way that eventually drove her crazy.

I rly like the end where we see the remembered version of Mary. The backrooms versions of Marys office, her office, Kats house, and Cap'n Clark's was reallyyyyyy cool. My step dad said that it made him think that when the backrooms creates a remembered version of someone it also creates new rooms with their memories because the backrooms itself is somewhat living and i reallyyyy like that.
