When i first bought my psp i found it quite hard to find good games rec if that makes senses
i'm not saying im gonna advice you on some super duper niche games but this might help you out !!
1. Hatsune miku project diva (english patch)
a rythm game ofc and even tho its pretty hard i absolutelty loved it

2. Silent hill : origins
i like it waaaaaay more than shattered memories even if sm is still good
i cant play too long tho cause i get spooked </3
3. Little big planet
a classic but it is really great like actually i really enjoy the cosy ish vibe
4. doki doki litterature club port
so there were a port made for psp but it only works for psp 2000 and up so i haevnt tested it out i just recommend you this game ts rocks
5. harvest moon heroes of leaf valley
i absolutely loooove this farming sim and im gonna date the fucking florist okay
most of those game can be found pretty easily once youve modded your psp which is really easy too

I've played the PC version of Project DIVA and that game is soo freaking hard, it felt like the Dark Souls of Rythm Games, haha :D
Oh, and I love Little Big Planet! I used to play that a lot on the PS3 (:
heeeey yes omg like this game had no buisness being this hard it really surprised me
and yeah lbp is suuuuuch a great game
